Karamaya Black Garlic Tasting Friday 30th September 2.30-4.30pm

We are very excited to have Karamaya Black Garlic come over from Golden Bay to let us taste their tasty and also slightly unusual, black garlic. The garlic is slow cooked at low temperatures and a high humidity and means it remains alive with flavour notes being both sweet and acidic and contains twice the antioxidants of white garlic.

Come along and try this wonderful tasting product that you can have on mushrooms, smoked salmon, with cheese, on pizzas, pasta, roast veggies and even in desserts.
