Wild Mushroom Risotto

1 Risotto mix

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 small onion finely chopped

4 cloves chopped garlic

800ml water or half white wine/eater

½ cup cream

 Grated (parmesan) cheese

Heat oil or butter in pot. Add onions and soften. Add rice and dried mushrooms and garlic. Sauté for a minute then add herb salt and water or wine/water. Stir well for three minutes. Put the lid on and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat stirring occasionally. Season and add cream and top with cheese.
